- All previous passports must be shown (if any).
- National ID card/Birth certificates copy (as per age).
- Previous travel history summery (entry & exit date with country name).
- Official ID card copy & Leave letter in Company letterhead (Service holders).
- Trade license copy with Original translation and notary (Businessman).
- Article of Memorandum & Incorporation certificate (limited company) (Businessman).
- Personal & company Bank statement last 06 months & Bank solvency certificate.
- FDR/Savings certificate copy (If any).
- Official ID card copy, Leave letter in Company letterhead & Salary Certificate, Pay slip last three months, (For service holders).
- Income tax return certificate latest.
- Marriage/Divorce certificate (if family traveler together).
- Company letterhead (Businessman).
- Visiting card.
- Name & date of birth- Parents, Spouse & children’s.
- Home address: Documents showing where you live, such as: Property deed/mortgage statements/tenancy agreements/accountant’s letters/land registration documents.
- Retirement certificate copy with translate & notary (Govt. retired person)
- Student ID card & Leave of absence (for student).
- Hotel confirmation/ Invitation Letter, inviter- Passport copy, House rent, Bank statement, Income tax papers etc.
