Germany Sticker Visa

Required Documents:

1. Passport valid at least 07 months from travel date with sufficient Blank pages.
2. All previous passports (photocopy of bio page and of any previous Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas).
3. National ID card copy/Birth Certificate copy (as per age).
4. Recent 2 copies of (35 x 45 mm) sized photo. Background must be white color & lab printed.
5. Personal covering letter explaining the purpose of your visit and who will bear the travel cost.
6. Official ID card copy, Leave letter in Company letterhead & Salary Certificate (For service holders).
7. Trade license photocopy with Original translation and notary (For Businessman).
8. Deed of partnership if partnership company (For Businessman).
9. Incorporation Certificate/Memorandum issued by Office of Registrar of Joint Stock Company (If any).
10. Company’s bank statements for the past six months, mentioning overdraft limit (if any overdraft limit).
11. Original personal bank statements of at least the last 6 months before application and proof of other financial means and assets (e.g. DPS, FDR, holding tax payment receipt etc.)
12. Original bank solvency certificate.
13. Copy of your personal tax return certificate with annual tax payment confirmation with paid amount.
14. Marriage Certificate (also “Nikah Nama” both in Bangla and English, if married).
15. Divorce certificate–if divorced, Death Certificate – in case you are a widow or widower.
16. Birth Certificate of your children – if you have children.
17. Health and Travel Insurance for Schengen (original and photocopy) valid for the duration of stay.
18. Flight reservation.
19. Hotel reservation (Valid (existing) hotel booking).
20. Tour Plan lining out the entire intended itinerary / activities in the Schengen area.
21. Visiting card in English format. (Businessman & service holders).
22. Retirement certificate copy with translate & notary (For Govt. retired person).
23. Student ID card & Certificate of leave of absence if travelling during school year (for student).

Note:

1. If necessary, the Embassy of Germany might call the applicant for an interview.
2. According to Schengen regulations the visa fee is non-refundable.
