- Copy of FDR with Certificate (Certified by Bank Manager) (If any).
- Last Educational Qualification starting to ending date.
- Affidavit of financial declaration & assets ownership with present valuation.
- National ID card copy.
- Marriage Certificate (If married).
- Parents, Children, Spouse, Siblings name, date of birth, address & profession.
- Birth Certificate (for all children applicant).
- Student Id Card (Only for students & children’s applicant).
- Invitation Letter and all papers of inviter person.
- Trade License Translate with Notary (for Businessman).
- Incorporation Certificate (If Limited Company) (for Businessman).
- Memorandum of Article (If Limited Company) (for Businessman).
- Deed of Partnership (If Partnership Company) (for Businessman).
- Income Tax Return Certificate Last 03 Years.
- Vat Certificate (If any) (for Businessman).
- Visiting Card (For All type of applicant).
- Company Letterhead (for Businessman).
- NOC / Leave letter (For Service Holder).
- Official Id Card Copy (For Service Holder).
- Salary Account Statement Last 03 Months (For Service Holder).
- Retirement certificate copy with translate & notary (For Govt. retired person).
