France Sticker Visa

Required Documents:

1. Passport valid at least 07 months from travel date with sufficient Blank pages.
2. All previous passports (photocopy of bio page and of any previous Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas).
3. National ID card copy/Birth Certificate copy (as per age).
4. Recent 2 copies of (3.5 x45 cm) sized photo. Background must be white color & lab printed.
5. Cover letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy, explaining in details the purpose of the visit.
6. Official ID card copy, Leave letter in Company letterhead & Salary Certificate (For service holders).
7. Trade license photocopy with Original translation and notary (For Businessman).
8. Original personal bank statement for the last six months, and also of the company if self-employed.
9. Original bank solvency certificate.
10. TIN & Income tax return certificate latest.
11. Documents showing establishment in Bangladesh, (e.g. financial documents, partnerships,
    ownership of real estates, Land documents etc.
12. Marriage/Divorce certificate (if married).
13. Health and Travel Insurance for Schengen (original and photocopy) valid for the duration of stay.
14. A copy of reservations for travel (flight, train, boat etc.) for the entire period of travel (if tourism).
15. Travel program, draft program of a tour, when appropriate.
16. Proof of accommodation or hotel reservation/s at destination/s, if tourism.
17. Visiting card in English format (Businessman & service holders).
18. Retirement certificate copy with translate & notary (for Govt. retired person).
19. Student ID card & Leave of absence (for student).

Note:

1. If necessary, the Embassy of France might call the applicant for an interview.
