USA Sticker Visa

Required Documents:

1. Passport valid at least 07 months from travel date with sufficient blank pages.
2. All previous passports must be shown.
3. National Id card/Birth certificate copy.
4. Recent 4 copies of (2×2) sized photo. Background must be white color & lab print.
5. Bank statement last 01 year with Bank solvency certificate (at interview).
6. Trade license copy with Translation and notary (Businessman) (at interview).
7. Memorandum of articles (for Limited company) (at interview).
8. Company letterhead (Businessman) (at interview).
9. Official ID card copy & Leave letter (Service holders) (at interview).
10. Visiting card.
11. Retirement certificate copy with translate & notary (Govt. retired person) (at interview)
12. Student ID card (for student).
13. Marriage certificate with Nikahnama (at interview).
14. Income tax certificate latest Translate & Notary (at interview).
15. FDR certificate (at interview).
16. Invitation letter, Passport copy, bank statement, house rent etc. of inviter person.
17. Name & date of birth- Parents, Spouse.
18. Educational Qualification, Institute name & studying to ending date, month & year.

Note: All Documents Should Be in English and A4 Sized Paper Printed
